The OptiX OSN 3500 II intelligent optical transmission system (hereinafter referred to as the OptiX OSN 3500 II) developed by Huawei is the next-generation intelligent optical transmission equipment.

The OptiX OSN 3500 II transmits voice and data services on the same platform with high efficiency. It integrates the following technologies:

  • Plesiochronous digital hierarchy (PDH)

    An uninterrupted power module (UPM) system supports the access of the 110 V/220 V power, and converts 110 V/220 V AC power into -48 V DC power to supply power to the equipment.
